RECOVERY
A 90-day artist recovery program for creators learning to reclaim their attention, rebuild their practice, and make art beyond the pressure to perform.
This workshop will guide you to:
LIVE WORKSHOP
➺ Reclaim your attention
You’ll create more space between your inner creative life and the noise of the algorithm, constant consumption, comparison, and digital performance.
➺ Rebuild your creative practice: You’ll develop rituals, routines, and weekly practices that help you return to the page, the studio, the kitchen, the camera, the body, or whatever form your art wants to take.
➺ Move through creative blocks: We’ll work with perfectionism, shame, avoidance, self-doubt, unfinished ideas, and the fear of making work that is still in process.
➺ Be witnessed in community: You’ll be inside a circle of other artists and creators who are also learning how to make honestly again, share imperfectly, and build a more sustainable creative life.

Imān Benét Lewis is an artist, author, and speculative designer exploring how creativity can shape a more equitable and regenerative future. Her work lives at the intersection of art, wellness, creative strategy, and collective transformation.
Through her practice, Imān examines how story, creativity, and design can become tools for reimagining the way we live, gather, connect, and build together.
Across the digital and physical landscapes of Haus of Ritual, she creates sacred containers for reflection, reconnection, education, and transformation — activating creators, emerging brands, and conscious communities to imagine new ways of existing.
At the heart of her work is a devotion to art as a living practice: a way to imagine, design, and embody a more generous world, together.
